- @D Copenhaver - it's also possible your organization or ISP doesn't allow clicking on "bit links" or "tiny urls". I know mine doesn't, and gives me a browser error when I do.
I use a service when I on my laptop at home called GetLinkInfo that will allow you to put the link in and will tell you the full link name, then allow you to choose if you go to it or not. It's also possible the server hosting the content has something that's causing a block, I've run into that on occasion for some of the posters here.
These are just additional suggestions of things to check.
