I struggled with motion paths for awhile until I made it my mission to figure out how they worked! Now, I enjoy incorporating them whenever I can. Here is an example of how I've been using them lately to add a sense of motion to text blocks and slide transitions. This is great. I personally have been struggling to figure out how to create a motion path within an object (like a computer). I'm curious if you (or anyone else) might have some tips for me to be able to create something like that pop up message that come into the computer screen without it looking like it's floating into the computer from the outside?
- maren_west2 years agoCommunity MemberHi Ruby! Its not the most elegant solution but what I did is chopped up my background image and then placed those images around the monitor image. Then, on my timeline the textbox is under the background images so that it is hidden moving on screen until its on the monitor. I've added screenshots to the review link to show you what I mean
