I'm hoping to build more on this topic in the future but here is my entry for this week's challenge: quick descriptions of DISC styles via one of my friends who has that style - names changed but I went for similar-looking avatars :)

- HannahRadant-002 years agoCommunity MemberI liked seeing each of the characters highlighted within the group…that was a nice detail.
- jessicasusila2 years agoCommunity MemberNice, Jackie. I like how the characters are highlighted with color & celebratory poses when we hover over the tabs.
- NajamFazal-6f8b2 years agoCommunity MemberInteresting integration of content into the tabs! Also, the personification adds a flare to it.
- ThierryEMMANUEL2 years agoCommunity MemberSorry Jackie but I lack information to understand what you mean, because this is the first time I hear this acronym. Is DISC a social behavior? At work ? A psychological inclination? What does the D, I, etc. mean? ? I'm curious.
- JackieMatuza2 years agoCommunity MemberHi Thierry, DISC is a description of behavior/communication styles. I pulled this slide out of a larger project I'm working on and forgot it lost all context! Some people describe it as personality types but I prefer to think of it as a behavioral style because behaviors are changeable when we think about them first. I'll update this week but in the meantime here is a link to some basic info https://www.discprofile.com/what-is-disc
