Nick I love how you use the classic animator style to get your animation coming in just right.
Paul, next time you should try to raise your camera a bit. I picked up on that tip from the Wistia site. The ideal position is slightly above the eye line apparently. This helps with the lighting on your face and provides a more natural angle. I just put my laptop on a Curver box and voila... ideal camera position. I never used to consider it but now that I have I find it is just so much better!
