I guess I should have deeper insights into the 10 things I wish I knew, but the injury I experienced with my arm and neck this year, made worse by sitting in front of a computer all day, is top of mind. Save yourselves--make sure you have good workspace ergonomics. BTW, I think this is #443.

Looks like we did an ergonomics challenge eight years ago. It's time for an update. And speaking of updates, I updated the challenge number. I should add "schedule regular eye exams" to my list of lessons learned.- JodiSansone10 months agoCommunity MemberLOL! I'm always off on the challenge number. Thanks for asking. I'm about 85% recovered. I changed and tried everything! I now have a "grave yard" of pillows, braces, cushions, wrist pads, ergonomic mice, monitors, heated/cooling pads, and topical treatments that don't work. I learned to use my keyboard instead of a mouse for awhile. Add all that to the advice from the orthopedist, chiropractor, movement coach, massage therapist, physical therapist, stretch coach, and cryotherapy coach. I've tried everything except accupuncture, but that may be next. (I'm afraid of needles) All this just so I could be ready for the Pantone Color of the Year 2024 challenge next week!

- KelleyDurdella-8 months agoCommunity MemberHi Jodi- I know this is from a few months ago, but what program did you use for this? It looks a bit like Rise, but I'm curious how to modified it so much. I've always found Rise to be super restrictive when it comes to options, but if you can make something like this, that opens up a whole new world!
