LOL! I'm always off on the challenge number. Thanks for asking. I'm about 85% recovered. I changed and tried everything! I now have a "grave yard" of pillows, braces, cushions, wrist pads, ergonomic mice, monitors, heated/cooling pads, and topical treatments that don't work. I learned to use my keyboard instead of a mouse for awhile. Add all that to the advice from the orthopedist, chiropractor, movement coach, massage therapist, physical therapist, stretch coach, and cryotherapy coach. I've tried everything except accupuncture, but that may be next. (I'm afraid of needles) All this just so I could be ready for the Pantone Color of the Year 2024 challenge next week!
