Using screen readers can be very difficult at times.
What if the course has inbuilt audio instructions for persons with visual disabilities?
Created a byte sized learning module, that tells you what you need to do at different stages in the course. (You just need to be familiar with the very basic keyboard keys like Enter, Space bar, top, bottom, left, right arrow keys to navigate throughout the course.)

Ensure that the audio of your device is not on mute and please be patient as you will be hearing instructions about what keys to use, to proceed.
For normal users, there is a circular navigation panel available in the course that allows you to move back and forth and the circle in the center allows you to reload the page you are on.

Loved it. Interactions were clear. The only problem I had was with the true false question. It didn't recognize my "0" and "1" keys.

I used Numeric pad's keys "Num 0" and "Num 1" as shortcuts because they are right next to the arrow keys. You may have used Numerals "0" and "1" from the top row of keyboard. I have made changes so that "0" and "1" will also work along with "Num 0" and "Num 1" shortcuts. Thanks for the observation.
