The hardest part of creating training often happens before you ever start building.
The content you need is already out there, scattered across drives, docs, and tools you use every day
Articulate is becoming a more connected part of how you work. Instead of moving content between disconnected tools, the new integrations bring your existing workflow into Articulate 360.
Connect the way you already work
Build from the content you already have
If your source files, scripts, or reference materials already live in Google Drive or OneDrive, you can connect them directly to Articulate 360 instead of downloading and re-uploading everything by hand. Your content is already there, ready to build from.
Work with the AI tools you already use
Already using Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot? Imagine asking Claude to draft a compliance course outline directly from your company's SOPs instead of copying documents into a prompt or starting from a blank page.
That's possible through MCP (Model Context Protocol), a standard that lets AI assistants work with connected tools and data sources instead of relying only on what you type into a prompt. When connected to Articulate 360, those tools can work with your organization's own content instead of generic prompts.
What's next: Today's MCP capabilities are just the beginning. We're actively expanding what's possible and would love to hear which workflows you'd like to see supported next.
Publish where learners already are
Already delivering courses through Thinkific? Publish directly from Articulate 360 instead of exporting and uploading your content separately, reducing duplicate work and making it easier to manage your course ecosystem in one place.

How would these fit into your workflow?
Where does the content you build from live today? Are you pulling from Google Drive, working with AI assistants, or publishing to another platform? We'd love to hear what your workflow looks like today—and where you think these new integrations could make it a little easier.
