This feature will be really useful to create mini-demos of our courses for our store pages. I echo Brita's question above about GDPR, and also wonder if there is a realistic limit on the number of people who can access at once? Thanks 🙂

And one other thing, can the user data in the guest book be routinely deleted if needed? (Again connected to GDPR). Thanks!

  • Hi BritaHahne & EmmaVervaeck!

Happy to share some additional insight on this!

The Articulate 360 EU Data Center ensures you and your learners' data are kept securely within the bounds of the EU. We engage carefully vetted sub-processors for specific purposes necessary to deliver e-learning services. However, we require that each subprocessor sign and adhere to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that fully complies with the GDPR.

For more information on how we align with the GDPR, please visit:

Also, we have not put an official "limit" on the number of learners who can access a Rise 360 Quick Share link at once. However, Quick Share links are not intended to act as a replacement for LMS distribution platforms. LMSs are designed to support a greater bandwidth of learners than a standard URL link can. We suggest Rise 360 authors be mindful of the volume of learners they are distributing Quick Share links to.

To EmmaVervaeck's follow-up question. Currently, Guestbook entries cannot be deleted from the Quick Share Engagement dashboard. I understand that having this functionality would be helpful, and I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf! As a workaround, we suggest first duplicating the Rise 360 course containing Quick Share metrics. Then, delete the original course. This will also delete Quick Share Engagement metrics from our servers.

Please let me know if you need anything else!

Hi StevenBenassi, the specific issue I see with the Guestbook privacy policy is that data retention is open-ended and therefore the policy would not comply with GDPR.

  • Hi LindaN & AndreaRidgway

    Thanks for reaching out!

There is no official limit on the number of learners who can access a Rise 360 Quick Share link at once. However, Quick Share links are not intended as a replacement for Learning Management Systems. LMS platforms are built to better support a larger bandwidth of learners than a standard URL link can.

To avoid bottlenecks, we suggest Rise 360 authors be mindful of the number of learners to whom they distribute Quick Share links!

  • Hi dchapoy!

    Great question!

That's correct. Multi-language Rise 360 courses can only be created with Articulate Localization. No worries! You can still manually translate your Rise 360 content using our legacy translation method.

However, these separate language versions will require unique, standalone Quick Share links for learners. The language selector drop-down Christine shared is only available for multi-language courses that have been translated with the Localization tool.

Please let me know if you need anything else!

  • Hi ferraraccio!

Happy to share some insight on this!

Currently, Rise 360 Quick Share does not support the tracking of quiz data or completion status. I've shared your feedback and requests directly with our product team!

Also, I'd like to highlight that Quick Share links were not designed to act as a substitute for an LMS. LMS platforms are built to support a greater bandwidth of learner traffic than a standard URL link can. If you require that level of reporting and distribution to a wider audience, we suggest using a dedicated LMS such as Reach 360.

Have a great rest of your week!

  • Hi LorenHallmark-b!

    Thanks for reaching out!

As I mentioned to others, Rise 360 Quick Share links do not support the tracking of quiz data or completion status. I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf!

If you require deeper tracking options, using a dedicated LMS platform like Reach 360 would be best!

  • Hello!

Is it normal that this feature disapeared today? I now have an Export button and no way to use a Share link
