The Articulate 360 EU Data Center ensures you and your learners' data are kept securely within the bounds of the EU. We engage carefully vetted sub-processors for specific purposes necessary to deliver e-learning services. However, we require that each subprocessor sign and adhere to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that fully complies with the GDPR.

Also, we have not put an official "limit" on the number of learners who can access a Rise 360 Quick Share link at once. However, Quick Share links are not intended to act as a replacement for LMS distribution platforms. LMSs are designed to support a greater bandwidth of learners than a standard URL link can. We suggest Rise 360 authors be mindful of the volume of learners they are distributing Quick Share links to.
To EmmaVervaeck's follow-up question. Currently, Guestbook entries cannot be deleted from the Quick Share Engagement dashboard. I understand that having this functionality would be helpful, and I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf! As a workaround, we suggest first duplicating the Rise 360 course containing Quick Share metrics. Then, delete the original course. This will also delete Quick Share Engagement metrics from our servers.

Hi StevenBenassi, the specific issue I see with the Guestbook privacy policy is that data retention is open-ended and therefore the policy would not comply with GDPR.
