I stumbled onto this while looking for ideas to increase interactivity in webinars. This is such a fantastic design and way for conference attendees to have all the info in an accessible manner - thank your for sharing it! This is giving me some ideas for upcoming company events.
After publishing the Rise 360 file to the web, could it be shared as part of a welcome email once someone registers, or does it have to be housed on a website?

To share the interactive version of an event guide like this with attendees, you will need to host the course file on a web server or LMS. Then you'd just include a link to it in the welcome email. On the plus side, this is how a lot of conferences share access to their event apps, so your attendees would likely be familiar with the approach.
That said, Rise 360 does export to PDF. The end results aren't interactive, but it is a useful solution if you want a version of the event guide you can directly attach to an email.
