Did you convert it from "read only?" Add and select the slides that you want from the template. Insert the information that you want. I just downloaded the template without difficulty. The only think I can see that might be a challenge is the initial conversion.
Are there specific interactions that you are missing? Perhaps, I'm not looking at the part with which you are having difficulty.
