How a cloud dances
I was inspired by the previous demos.
My approach was to try to add a touch of wonder.
I hope it works for you. Of course, it's not magic, but a little JS code. (I'm looking for the author who shared it and will credit him later if I find his name).
I think everything else could also have been handled by JScode, but unfortunately, once again, I failed to accomplish some extremely basic tasks. The AI assistant DOES NOT KNOW how Storyline really works. But I decided that it wasn't going to ruin my weekend (again). Have a great end of the year, everyone!

That is a wonderful cursor effect. I downloaded your file to see if I could replicate it. I think you captured the essence.
