Customer Service Primer
This is a basic module I created just to play around with the new avatars. I wanted life-like interactions for participants to have more buy-in. Just reading the words can get a bit tedious, so the facial expressions and tone of voice appear helpful.

BryanPechtl, thanks for "building out loud" and sharing with the community. I prefer the AI Avatar videos generated in Rise to those generated in other software (e.g., Synthesia). Rise AI Avatar engine does a good job of capturing the subtle human moments we (unconsciously) make when speaking. E.g., slight head movements, hand gestures, etc. I can see how using AI Avatars helps you lift the rules off the pages, breathing life into the learner's experience. Well done.👍🏾
