Hello, I submitted my Rise share link at 7:43am on Tuesday. I got an email that it was submitted and received. It mentioned receiving an email back within 10 minutes with my certification badge by email. I have not received anything. When should I expect it? Thank you.
Hi Sharon, it looks like the badge was sent to your UKG email. It might be in your spam folder, or otherwise caught in a filter! If you still don't see it there, send me a message at [email protected] and we'll do some troubleshooting.

Hi SparksAcademy! I wouldn't recommend using that course with real learners because the source content is intended for demo purposes only. However, you could find some reputable content on the topic and generate a similar course using the same prompt!

AlyssaGomez Hello! I submitted my share link this morning, and I got an email that it was submitted and received. It says I will receive an email with my certification within 10 minutes. I have not received anything, and it has been more than 10 minutes. Is there something that I need to do? Thanks!

I'm trying to add questions to a question bank in Rise. When I click the Add to Question Bank button in the settings of the quiz question, it gives me a dialog box titled "Add to question bank". The "ADD TO BANK" button is grayed out, I'm sure, waiting for me to tell it which bank to add it to. But the blank in the middle of the dialog box is inaccessible. I can't type in it (if it's even a blank).
I use question banks all the time in Storyline, not so much in Rise. What am I missing?
Hi IldikoN! Try creating a new, blank question bank first. You can do this from the Rise 360 dashboard by clicking the Question Banks tab, then click New Bank.
Once the bank is created, you should be able to add new quetion

Is it acceptable to submit the Review link for the hands-on challenge instead of the Quick Share link? So far, we haven’t used the Quick Share feature in our courses.

How do we respond to people who criticize our use of AI in these Rise and Storyline courses we're creating? I keep hearing comments like "You're destroying the environment and taking jobs from voice actors." Anyone else getting these reactions from your colleagues?
