Can you update the feedback in Storyline and have AI generate feedback for each answer? Does AI have to have been the one to create the original questions and answers?
Hi BelleHabs! You can ask the AI Assistant to edit quiz question feedback text, even if the question wasn't originally created with AI. Let me know if that answers your question here!

Hi Alyssa,
I tried it and it would only do one question at a time and I had to include the question in the prompt. Then it would give me the feedback but I had to copy and paste each into the feedback fields.

I just finished the week 1 activities and quickly looked over what's included in week 2. AI Assistant in both products is great! The only part that is challenging for me is using AI assistant to create javascript interactions in Storyline.
I was hoping that would be touched on at least a little bit in this program, but it looks like it is not. Are there any cohorts or workshops planned around that topic? Some things work for me, but often the AI Assistant responses and actions are puzzling or "uncooperative".
Hi RussellEngoran, good question! This cohort doesn't cover AI Javascript Interactions in Storyline, but here are a few good resources for that feature:
Also, Javascript is the #1 topic that the community has voted on for the next Peer Pod group, so you may want to explore that option!

Thanks Alyssa! I have added my votes on future topics. In the meantime, I am compiling my own log of how-to-make-js-interactions-cooperate-in-storyline.

AlyssaGomez, hi, Davor from Croatia.
Please be so kind, where we can ask operational questions that arise along the way?
E.g., my question after first 45 mins. course is:
1) How can I get that AI assistant completely communicate with me and produce content in in mine local Croatian language? E.g. from materials (ppt, pdf,...) downloaded in Croatian, to produce Croatian content (text, pictures, etc.)
2) AI check of spelling ang grammar - is it working on Croatian language also, as your colleague demonstrated in this course: Fix Spelling & Grammar - AI Assistant: Custom Copyediting Prompts | Rise 360
Thx in advance for your engagement regarding this.
Kind regards,
Davor - TherealmckayCommunity Member
I've just completed the "Summarise lesson content" module for Week 1. Is it possible to summarise an entire course? I noticed when creating the summary that it only let's you select this lesson or a document. Thanks.
Therealmckay yes! From the course main menu page, click the AI Assistant button, then click Generate Course Summary.

Great experience and helpful information! Is there the possibility of a list of all the prompts that were created that we used to copy and paste in the Tips and Tricks module into one document? There are such great prompts that are specific to course design that it would be helpful to have them in one location/document. I mean, I can do it on my own, but... 🤪

Apologies, the link to submit the required updated Rise course for Week 2 is blocked by my organization. Is there another option or recommendation to complete the requirement?
Hi JenniferMang718 please email me at [email protected], and I'll send instructions for how you can submit the hands-on challenge via email.

Hey all!
Just looking for some support. I've been struggling to upload the source documents- they have been stuck on the upload for 3 days now. Any ideas of how I can fix this? I've tried making another one and I am facing the same issues. I have restarted my laptop having been logged in and out of articulate and there's been no movement on the upload.
Hi BarbsCruise-bb4! Try generating the course draft without uploading any source documentation. The course content won't be as targeted, but that's okay. You'll still get to experience the AI Course Drafts workflow!

Regarding the upcoming hands-on challenge: Is it necessary to keep the changes we have made (e.g. keep the old block we converted / keep the text we rewrote with AI) in the Rise course we submit next week?
Klaus good question! No, you do not need to keep the original block or text.

When I did Week 2, Practice 7 (changing feedback type) I had different options than I saw in the video. There was no "By choice" prompt button.
Hi RussellEngoran! That happened because the example knowledge check question below David's video is already using the By Choice feedback type.
I updated the feedback type on that question to Correct/Incorrect, so now if you were to copy a new version of that course, you would see the options shown in the video. Thanks for the heads up!

Hello,
I'm a bit confused about the Week 1 schedule. I don't have the Rise course on my dashboard. I can open it using the following link (In the EU data center and unable to copy the course? You can view the Quick Share link here.), but I can't edit it.
What should I do?
Hi Jean-Paul! It looks like your account is under the EU data center.
Due to the strong data separation that's needed between the EU and the US data centers, there isn't a way to copy a course from one data center to another, which is why you aren't seeing the course copied to your dashboard.
To get around this, I added the course's Quick Share link to the activity page. This will allow you to view the course and it's videos, and you can copy the practice text into your own course. Remember, these activities are just for practice, so just do you best, and no worries if there is a portion that cannot be completed due to this restriction. 😊
