Hello everyone, I am Mathew Pearlswig. I am a Senior Instructional Designer at ECS Group of Companies. I am based in Richmond, VA. I spend many of my days developing large Safety training modules while utilizing my skills developed from my Bachelor's in Animation. I get to develop motion graphics and custom imagery to support our training modules.
The AI Cohort interests me in hopes to better streamline the training module production of my large projects.
Attached is an early picture of our cats. "Sock" is in front and "Angel" is hiding in the tower. This is a rare photo as Angel does not like her "little brother" at all.

Hello everyone!
My name is Kaitlin Ketelhohn, and I am a Technical Trainer at Johnsonville. I am from Plymouth, WI. I have been with Johnsonville for seven years. My current role involves developing training plans and materials, as well as collaborating with teams to ensure all resources needed for technology rollouts are in place. The role incorporates a variety of learning approaches, including LMS-based foundational learning, instructor-led classroom sessions, job aids, and support from SMEs and Change Champions.
I joined this cohort to learn additional ways to utilize Articulate more efficiently and expand the support we can provide through our training programs.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We enjoy swimming, camping, and traveling together. Anything that involves the outdoors, reading, travel, or quality time with loved ones is always a favorite of mine. I also have a fur baby named Chloe, who is our 8-year-old pointer mix.
I look forward to learning alongside all of you!

Hello! My name is Madelyn and I am an Instructional Design Manager at Lakeview Loan Servicing. I work remotely in PA. My day-to-day is often heavy on the technical writing side. We create reference guides, job aids, ILT decks, Kahoots, and eLearning courses for the internal audience of Originations employees (from Loan Processors to Title Oversight folks, to Insurance Reviewers). I am most excited to learn how to leverage AI in the image design capacity. I don't have any real pets at the moment, but I am huge PokΓ©mon nerd, so here's my current buddy, Mimikyu, in Augmented Reality mode.

Hello, I'm Allie and I work out of Columbus, Ohio. (Loving all the pictures:)
I am a Technology-Based Training Developer for the State of Ohio. I work with a team to design elearning for educators across the state and manage the state's LMS. We have been using the Articulate suite over the last 10 years in our design work.
I am looking forward to learning from everyone and learning more in-depth about the AI enhancements.
P.S. The pictures of my pups (Copper and Crumble) are of them doing their favorite things - squirrel watching and cuddling
Hi Allie, welcome to the cohort! Copper and Crumble are adorable.
Technology-based training sounds like it could be quite broad- are you writing training about specific tools, or more so about tech safety/compliance?

Hi all! I'm Kyra, located in Charlotte, NC. I'm a Senior Instructional Designer for a major US communications company. I work on instructor-led trainings, eLearnings, job aids, and more for customer service representatives.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort to stay up-to-date on using Articulate. Every day, we learn more about what the tool can do, even as designers who have been using for many years. As we all know, AI has significant impacts to many lines of work and instructional design is no different! I'm interested in seeing how to strategically and responsibly use AI to remain relevant in a competitive landscape and ensure learning material I create is high-quality.
We're so lucky to have two former stray kittens who are now healthy one-year-old house cats in addition to our 10 year old GSD! We love them each so much!
Sunday (gray and white) and Mimosa (orange).Aurora (Rory)Looking forward to learning alongside you all and looking at all the pet pics!

Hey everyone! My name is Caley and I'm located in West Bend, Wisconsin (about a half hour north of Milwaukee). I'm a remote eLearning developer at Advocate Health and I love creating custom tech simulations using Storyline.
I joined with the hope that AI Assistance can further support my development of custom simulations in Storyline and help make this process a little more streamlined.
My furry friend's name is Jack. He's a stinker... ;)

Welcome, Caley!
My in-laws live in Port Washington, so I am familiar with West Bend. My son did the Dirty Ninja Mud Run with his cousin a few years ago when we visited from Atlanta. Had an absolute blast. π€ͺ
I have found that the AI Assistant helps with AI voices and creating images in Storyline. One thing it has helped me the most is when I get stuck with more complex triggers/variables. Sometimes it can pop up a solution that works when my brain gets too tired to think about it.
Jack is absolutely adorable. I have a stinker named Gerard.

Hi, I'm Danielle. I'm a Senior Developer at Artisan Learning and live just south of Portland in Albany, OR. I often spend my work days immersed in Storyline (sometimes Rise), so I'm very interested to learn about the ins and outs of the new AI features. I've already played around with the new AI text-to-speech feature in a project this week and was very impressed.
Artisan focuses heavily on accessibility, so I am also interested in using the new features to improve accessibility/make incorporating accessibility more efficient for us developers. Glad to be here!
Also, no pet pictures but I do have a house full of three small boys, so I can relate to the mess/chaos that pets can sometimes add! ;) - tarameCommunity Member
Hi everyone! My name is Tara. Iβm a Boston native currently living in North Texas, and Iβm an Instructional Designer at Liberty Mutual. I am focused on designing and developing training for our Paralegal team.
I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort because AI, and the way we build training with it, continues to evolve. Iβm excited to expand my knowledge, learn from others, and discover new ways to use AI to create effective and engaging training.
And hereβs my favorite co-worker, Camo! Heβs a Boston Terrier.β€οΈ

Hi everyone, I'm Shana. I'm based in London, England and I work as an Instructional Designer (and accessibility Lead) for an educational charity in the drinks industry. Which essentially means I create courses for people to learn about wines, spirits, etc. but no, there's not much drinking involved on my end π
I'm excited to learn how to better incorporate AI into Rise and Storyline, specifically if there are any ways to improve accessibility using AI.
We recently adopted a 12 yo girl named Sass. Below is a rare moment when she isn't telling us off for not feeding or fussing her.Hi Shana and Sass! My best friend had a cat named Sass (short for Sassafras).
If you're not already a part of the ELH accessibility group you might enjoy it! I hope the cohort is able to help find some new accessibility features.
