Hi everybody,
My name is Hillary and I work for Cottage Health which is a healthcare company and hospital system in Santa Barbara, California. I am a pretty new E-Learning designer and joined this to learn more about the AI features as I rebuild and refresh our current modules. I look forward to learning from everyone here. I sadly do not have a pet to share but hope to get one someday if we can buy a home.

Hello! I'm from Wisconsin and work for a food manufacturing company. I'm the Technology Specialist so I work with the LMS and other technology that the company uses for training. Another part of my job is creating some of the safety e-learning content for our employees. Because I wear many hats, I need to find the most effective ways to create engaging safety training and I'm hoping the AI Assistant can help with that. Here are my two Halloween cats.

Hi everyone! π I'm Beth from Charleston, SC, and I work as an Instructional Designer.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because AI has become a regular part of my workflow, and I know there's still so much more I can learn. I'm hoping to improve my prompting skills and discover new ways to use the functionality I have available to me.
I'm sharing a picture of Axel and Lachlan - they take up the floor space in my office - making for some dangerous walks to the door at the end of the work day.
Looking forward to learning alongside all of you π - KatieKlineCommunity Member
Hello, everyone! My name is Katie. I am a Program Manager for an environmental research university in Maryland. Our lab is located in the mountains of Frostburg, Maryland. I wear many hats in my position with one of them being design and implementation of safety and compliance training. I'm also responsible for lab safety programs at our facility and help with web design and development and other administrative tasks to help support the researchers here. I already use AI for many functions of my job, but I'd like to learn more about how it can assist me with implementation of training programs. I look forward to getting to know everyone. Have a great weekend!

Hello everyone! My name is Tausha Larsen, an instructional designer with the Nevada National Security Sites in Las Vegas, NV. I have changed gears recently from working in all aspects of development to mainly working with e-learning development, LMS entries and the conversion/management of all company electronic forms. I do love my job and the creative aspect! I joined this cohort because within the last year we received government approval for AI. I have been using it a lot within my development and courses and very excited to learn more. I sometimes spend a lot of time trying to get the right image or the right phrase for the training I am developing and would love some tips and tricks on faster/better solutions. Meet Remi (I also have a Remi) below, she is 2 years old and so much fun! She keeps me very active. Nice to meet you all and look forward to this cohort.

Hi everyone! I'm Tenesha Anderson, based in Orlando, FL. I work at Westgate Resorts as an Instructional Designer. I recently completed my Master's in Instructional Design and E-Learning at UCF this May, and before that, I spent over a decade in elementary education.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I know there is always more to learn. I want to soak up as much as I can right now and build on the momentum from finishing my degree.
No pets to share, but I've got two little ones at home, ages 2 and 5 (soon to be 3 and 6!) who keep me on my toes.
Looking forward to learning alongside all of you!

Hi everyone!
I'm Tenesha, based in Orlando, FL. I'm an Instructional Designer, currently in Learning and Development. I just finished my Master's in Instructional Design and E-Learning.
Day-to-day, I'm usually deep in a course build.
I joined this cohort to build hands-on skills with AI tools in an L&D context, and I'm hoping to walk away with stronger skills and a sharper eye for instructional quality.
No pets here, but I've got a 2 (almost 3)- year-old and an almost 6-year-old who keep me plenty busy.
