This is not so much a question, (I hope it still counts) but rather something I wanted to share.  I ran into a situation where my prompt "A visual metaphor of a team supporting each other, such as hands joined together." produced the message "Image generated was explicit" (or something along those lines) and it did not show any images produced.  I was quite shocked, looked at the prompt again and thought, "but this is what I want!" So I sent it again and it worked!  I'm not sure what it first thought I was asking for 🤣 but the second time generated this...

Thought I would share "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again" 😁

I am having an issue submitting my work for certification. There seems to be a challenge with Airtable.

Is there a  trick to generating 4 -5 knowledge checks for the quiz at the end? Or do these get generated one at a time?

Hi brandy-canvas yes! From the course main menu page, click AI Assistant at the top of the page, then click Generate Quiz. You can even specify the number of questions you want.

I seem to have the issue when creating a course from scratch using the 'Create from AI' button and adding my documents, the information is a bit scattered and doesn't capture the main points as i would have.  I see the cogwheel feature to 'make this document the main source' but any other tips? Sometimes I prefer to make my own outline and use the AI features for formatting, images etc

Hi EdwardPark great question. Try using this structure in the "describe your course" field:

Create a training about.... By the end of this course, learners should know how to...

Include a lesson for each of these items:

        • Topic 1
        • Topic 2
        • Topic 3
        •

        Learning Objectives (Bloom’s Aligned)

        • Create 3–5 learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy.
        • Use measurable, action-oriented verbs.

For the tone, please keep it [conversational/professional/friendly] to align with the brand

Can the AI assistant support accessibility needs, such as plain language, heading structure, alt text, and clear interaction instructions?

Hi Ivan_Groe the AI Assistant can handle instructions about text, so "plain language, heading structure, and clear interaction instructions" should work. However, it won't be able to control alt text.

Is the information from the courses we create using AI used to continue training the AI?

      • Good question Yoli! No, we never use your content or data to train our AI model. You can read more about that here

      1. Can anyone get this to work?  "Change color of bold words to #1977dc."
      2. Can you set formatting commands for an entire module instead of per block?

HeatherThomas-9 I also ran into the same issue with changing the color of the text. I suspect the AI text editor changed sometime between when we recorded that tutorial video and now.

And a new Block Defaults feature which allows you to set formatting commands for an entire module is coming soon -- join Labs to test it out!

I try to create a full scenario from a text. then convert it to dialog with avatar. It's a bit tricky.

is there a way to set AI specifics as default for a whole lesson? Like keeping language at 8th grade level as default, that way we don't have to specify that to the AI every time we generate/edit text.

GQuicano You can specify "write all text at an 8th grade reading level" in the course description area of the AI Course Drafts workflow.

I beleive someone may have spoke on this or it may have been in the training, but is there a way to generate a series of related pictures you can use throughout a course.

I think this feature is forthcoming, based on the recent "What's New in Articulate 360" webinar.

I loved the different custom AI photo styles that were shown in the training! Is there a resource you could point me to so I can find some prompt ideas for creating my own prompt library?

When I asked for a diverse group of people, it would only give me black and white. How do I get it to give me more diversity without having to spell things out. I'd love so see people with disabilities, religious, cultural, tattoos, colored hair and so on.

Let's say a business partner doesn't like the voice we chose. Is there a way to change the voice at a module level instead of each individual track?

did you mention early in this office hours that the aligning text to audio is in storyline only?

funny thing. I designed a course in rise, in french. When I translated it in english, event the audio was in english, but with a french accent ! I'll need to take care about the voice selected in case of future translation !
