Hey everyone! I’m Katie, a Learning Partner at Bandwidth in Raleigh. My day-to-day usually involves onboarding all our new hires on their first day and creating eLearnings and running workshops for our BDRs, but lately, I’m 90% focused on mastering Claude and leading our company-wide AI training. I’ve been utilizing with the AI features in Rise 360 a ton over the last few months, and I’m here to make sure I’m actually getting the most out of Articulate AI and finding some more creative ways to deliver eLearnings to my teams.
Also, here is a photo of my dog, Penny, from my Master’s graduation! She survived me working full-time while being in school, so she 100% earned her own tiny cap. Looking working aside you all!

Hello!
My name is Kayla Rosas and I am a Learning and Development Consultant at Morley Companies located in Michigan. Myself and one other person are responsible for the instructional design for any eLearnings or ILTs within our Org. I have been in this role for about 6 years, but have been doing corporate training in one form or another for about 15.
I have been using articulate for a few years now and had the privilege of attending Articuland last year. I currently only use some of the basic things that the AI capabilities in Articulate have to offer - such as the editing tools for your writing content like making things more concise or rewriting the sentence in a different tone.
I am excited to learn more ways to utilize the AI features in my role to make things as efficient as possible. Sometimes creating a course can take so much time, but hoping this will be helpful with course creation.
Also, below is my spoiled rotten fur baby with his pet llama named llama. His name is Rubeus Hagrid (Named after Hagrid from Harry Potter) He is 5 years old, but has never grown out of that puppy stage. He keeps me active and loves to be outside. - MaryCyrCommunity Member
Hi everyone, I’m Mary, based in Nebraska. I am a Lead Learning and Development Partner supporting the Salesforce platform.
I design and deliver technology training, create interactive learning experiences, and build resources that help users develop strong muscle memory while also understanding the “why” behind each action, not just the steps.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort to learn how to better leverage AI to enhance learning and support. I’m especially interested in using AI to create more dynamic learning experiences that reinforce behavior, improve adoption, and scale support beyond traditional training.

Hi, I’m Pam White, and I’m based in Maryland. I work at NFM Lending as a Learning and Development Manager, where I lead a small team of three. Together, we manage training from start to finish. My team focuses on new hire and systems training, while I specialize in compliance and HR-related training. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 30 years, with the last 13 years focused on training and development. Day to day, I’m focused on making learning practical, engaging, and effective for the teams we support.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I want to learn how to use AI more effectively with Articulate tools. I’m excited about the potential for AI to make the creation process faster, easier, and more creative. I’m hoping to build practical skills that help me work more efficiently, strengthen the training we create, and open up more possibilities for creativity and innovation.

Hi everyone! I’m based in Georgia and work at Kaiser Permanente as a Managerial Consultant V, where I support our sales and account management teams with system enhancements and seller development. I’m really excited to explore AI functionality and how we can use it to create more engaging system training while cutting down development time. Fun fact—no pets, but I am a boy mom to a teenager and we’re in the middle of the “learning to drive” phase, which keeps things interesting!

Hello, everyone! I am Kate Hansen, and I am based in the greater Charlotte area — on the South Carolina side of the North and South Carolina border.
I work for Novant Health, where I design education for remote teams within our Population Health space. My learners are a wonderful mix: non-clinical specialists, clinical staff, Social Workers, and Dietitians — all of whom primarily interact with patients by phone. My day-to-day involves building courses, resources, and training experiences that help those team members feel confident and competent in the work they do every single day.
I joined this cohort because AI has already proven to be a genuine efficiency tool in my workflow, and I want to go deeper. Specifically, I am hoping to learn how to leverage AI functions within Articulate to create education that is more engaging, more realistic, and more closely tied to the actual tasks my learners are practicing. I want my courses to feel less like training and more like preparation.
And because the bonus question was clearly the most important one: I share my home with Bootsy, a breathtaking three-legged Great Pyrenees who has never once let a missing limb slow her down, and Linda — a Bengal cat named after my favorite aunt — who is exactly as glamorous as that origin story suggests.

Hello Kate and your beautiful coworkers! Thank you for your thoughtful post. It is great to hear that you are already enjoying the AI Assistant. We are excited to go deeper as well and share what we know with each other. Here's to learning together!

Hello everyone,
My name is Abby, and I’m one of the training coordinators at Denver Water, based right here in Denver, Colorado. My primary focus is onboarding new hires for our contact center, which involves leading a five-week, in-person training program. Outside of new hire training, I dedicate my time to maintaining our internal site where all our SOPs are housed, ensuring everything stays up-to-date. I also develop annual trainings and create materials for customer experience sessions.
I joined this training because I regularly update about five annual trainings using Articulate and am eager to learn more ways to make these trainings feel more exclusive, engaging, and easier to revise. Continuous improvement is key, and I’m looking forward to picking up new tips and tricks.
I’d also like to introduce my at-home coworker, Lulu. She’s an expert at sleeping on the job.
Looking forward to connecting and learning with all of you.

Hi everyone! My name is Caitlin. I'm located in SWFL and work for an e-learning company, AliveTek. I wear a lot of hats here, from helping students and union members, managing our LMS, to accessibility testing our educational products.
I joined this cohort in hopes to bridge any gaps I've experienced in Articulate products.
