Hello everyoneāgreat to meet you all!
Iām from Calgary, Canada, just a short drive from the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I love staying active and enjoy a wide variety of activities like hiking, biking, and pickleball.
Iāve been in the learning and development industry for many years and truly love how much it continues to evolve. Iām currently an Instructional Designer in the oil and gas sector, where I focus on creating engaging learning content.
I joined this cohort to really develop my skills using AI in Articulate Storyline and Rise, and Iām looking forward to learning and experimenting with everyone.
Meet Jasper āheās 16 years old and absolutely rules the roost!
Looking forward to the upcoming weeks!

I am from Manitoba! I have always been curious as to the training involved in that industry. I would bet it is very full filling as that is some life and death stuff you are dealing with! Maybe someday when I look to change employers, I'll be looking for something like this!

Hello! My name is Courtney and I am a Learning Experience Designer at Baptist Health. I am located in Berea, Kentucky and work remotely. We partner across our system to design high-quality, practical learning experiences. I joined this Cohort to gain more knowledge and skills on what Articulate has to offer and how I can utilize those features with my future projects.
Here are a few of our pets! ā¤ļø (We also have a Chameleon and a Leopard Gecko) We have Roxy Cat, the dogs are Lily and Sadie, the horse is Lacey, and the bearded dragon is Draco!
You've got a full house, CourtneyMcFe382ā! So glad you're here, and I'm excited to learn along with you!

Hello Everyone,
My name is Ashley Phillips, it's nice to meet all of you! My background is in retail sales, manufacturing, and distribution but I decided to make the jump into ID, so I got my MS in LTD and have been working as sole/Lead ID within the hospitality industry for the past 3 years. Our company recently purchased Articulate's AI upgrade, so I'm excited to learn tips and tricks for effective use to save time without sacrificing quality!
Again, it's nice to meet all of you, looking forward to learning and growing together!
Cheers,
Ashley

Hello, my name is Debbie and I am located in Atlanta, GA. I work for Emory Healthcare as an Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator for our Patient Access training program. I'm currently creating a course in Storyline 360 (my first!) and ensuring our learners are properly enrolled within their Reach 360 courses.
Because I create courses and admin our LMS, it made sense to take this AI certification program. I am hoping it will provide me with the resources and knowledge to complete my daily work efficiently and offload some of the mental load.I already have familiarity with prompt engineering, but knowing what the Articulate AI is capable of doing ahead of time will be extremely helpful in minimizing frustration with the tool.
Additionally, I am the mother to a spicey void. He loves to be my little cuddle buddy and shadow (I work from home so he's often with me during the day), but not a big fan of anyone else. He can be temporarily won over by treats.
Hi dsdcruzeā so glad you're here! And congratulations on creating your first Storyline training! How's it going for you so far?
Gerard is a handsome fellow and seems to take his job of crochet quality control very seriously! š

Hi everyone! Iām Kimberly, and Iām based outside of Cincinnati. I work as an Instructional Designer, where I spend most of my time creating learning experiences for banks and credit unions. My focuses are designing training content, building videos and resources, and working with subject matter experts to figure out how to make products easier to understand and adopt.
I joined the Cohort because Iām interested in how AI can support dayātoāday work, especially in content creation and learning design. Iām hoping to pick up tips and ideas I can use right away to work smarter and improve what I create.
Annie and Rosco are my two at home "coworkers" who love to sun and bark at anything trespassing in their yard.
So happy you joined us, KimberlyAllen-bā! Do you find yourself gravitating towards Rise or Storyline to create your learning experiences?
Also are Annie and Rosco siblings? They're almost identical!
- PamelaKiefer-dbCommunity Member
Annie and Rosco are so CUTE! I used to have a pair of doxies myself. I also grew up in Ohio and my family works at one of the Credit Unions there. So much in common already. It's so nice to virtually meet you!

Welcome KimberlyAllen-bā
I love all animals, but Dashies have a special place in my heart. I got one former Dashie and current Dashie mix from rescues specific to the breed.ā¤ļøš

Hi all. My name is Marc Donelson and I'm based in Charlotte, NC. I work for Charter Communications (aka Spectrum) in their learning space. I recently moved out of leading a curriculum design team into a new role that is focused on leveraging and adoption of AI across our Talent Development teams and in assisting our other learning teams best use various AI tools.
I joined the cohort because most of our learning teams use Rise and Storyline so I want to better understand the AI capabilities within each tool. I'm looking forward to learning from all of you.
Here is my work/play bud Kaiser (20-month-old German Shepherd). It took me longer to choose which picture of him to share than it did to write my introduction. #prioritiesWelcome to the group, MarcDonelson-01ā. You are absolutely in the right place to learn more about the AI capabilities within Rise and Storyline.
I'm sure you've got your hands full with a 20-month old GSD! The puppy teenager phase is real 𤪠how's training going?
- PamelaKiefer-dbCommunity Member
Hi Marc & Kaiser! I'm in Western NC too! Nice to virtually meet you.

Hello Cohortians. My name is Sheri and Iām north-east of Atlanta, Georgia. Iām an instructional designer and accessibility professional working in the public sector, where I design, review, and remediate learning experiences for a workforce of ~9,000 employees.
Most of my day-to-day focuses on building courses and analyzing how learning actually works (or breaks) in the real world. This includes accessible Storyline/Rise design to PDF remediation and testing with keyboard, screen readers, and cognitive load in mind.
I also support teams through consulting engagements focused on scaling accessible learning systems across content, workflows, and platforms.
I joined this cohort to explore how we can leverage AI to move faster and build better.
Specifically, Iām here to explore:
- Where AI helps vs. where it falls short especially with accessibility
- How to validate AI-generated learning for accessibility
- Identify where AI meaningfully supports design and where it introduces risk
- Build practical workflows that combine AI + accessibility + real-world constraints
My goal is to leave this cohort with ideas I can build on for repeatable, scalable approaches that hold up beyond a single course or tool.
If anyone else is exploring AI + accessibility together, Iād love to connect during the cohort.

SheriLeeā welcome aboard! How many are on your team to support the workforce of ~9,000 employees? That sounds like a massive task!
Thanks for sharing your photo of sweet Max with us, and I'm so sorry for your loss ā¤ļø

AlyssaGomezā There are three of us that work on enterprise-wide projects - compliance, policy, professional development, special initiatives and microlearning library. There are other teams that work on program and department specific content.

I am always interested in accessibility issues and solutions, SheriLeeā ! I love that Storyline gives recommendations to improve accessibility and hope the AI Assistant can support making it easier.
