  Peer Pods are 4-week learning cohorts where community members explore a topic asynchronously through weekly prompts, curated resources, and shared discussion. • Join a Community Group
  Being part of a group keeps learning social. In the E-Learning Heroes community, there are groups you can join to share your work, ask questions, and exchange tips with other designers. 
  
  
• Participate in “Exchange Best Practices” Discussions
  Engage in discussion threads under the Exchange Best Practices category. Posting what you learn, giving feedback on others’ work, and asking for input can sharpen your skills and expose you to diverse approaches.

  The ELH Contributor Database is a way for community members to raise their hand to share expertise with the E-Learning Heroes community. By joining, you can be considered for opportunities including writing blog posts, leading community discussions, participating in events, hosting webinars, or contributing to future programs.
