What surprised you about how AI handled text or media generation?
I was pleasantly surprised to see how much image generation has improved since the first time I used Articulate's built-in tool. I remember using the generator to give a general idea of what I had in mind for an upcoming photoshoot for a course (we have graphic media designers who photograph and create our visuals for us). With the given prompt, the generator produced quite funny images. I'm happy to see how much it has learned (especially about human hands 😆) since I used it last. The photos were so realistic, and it's getting hard to tell what is AI-generated and what isn't!
Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
I really enjoyed the shorten and the simplify tools. In our organization, our courses get translated into Spanish, so we must stay conscious of the length of on-screen text. I can see this tool being super helpful in future courses when the content gets a bit wordy.
Similarly, we also create content for entry-level folks, so the simplify tool will come in handy when our SMEs provide technical content that needs to be broken down a bit further.

I thought the image generation was much better than others i have used. Although with the demonstrations they seemed to have some hiccups I think they are much more aligned with general images used and seemed to be more consistent.
