I really enjoyed today's tutorials. I was introduced to Storyline and I learned about features in Rise that I was unaware of. Very helpful!
What surprised you about how AI handled text or media generation?
What surprised me most about AI-generated media was that using the exact same prompt multiple times can produce different images. I hadn’t realized how much variability there could be from one generation to the next. On the positive side, this flexibility is helpful—if I don’t like the first set of images, I can simply regenerate and explore new options. However, it can also be a drawback. If I don’t save an image I like, I may not be able to recreate that exact result again. Knowing that I can save images to the media library is important so I don’t lose something I may want to use later.
Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
The editing tools I find most valuable are the shorten and change tone features. The shorten tool is especially helpful when a paragraph or sentence feels too long or takes up more space than intended. It allows me to quickly make content more concise without starting from scratch.
The change tone feature is also very useful because it helps tailor communication to different audiences. For example, executives often prefer messaging that is direct and to the point, while employees may respond better to a warmer, more conversational tone. Being able to adjust tone easily makes it simpler to communicate effectively with different groups.

Being able to download these images is so nice. You can build your own repository in a short time of photos that can be used in the future.
