- What surprised you about how AI handled text or media generation?
- I have worked with other AI tools for other aspects of my job, but nothing like this. The words you prompt AI with matter. Too much or too little prompting will produce different outcomes. You can be as basic or as creative as you like.
- Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
- Really I found all of these tools to be valuable. Having the ability to quickly rewrite something that isn't using the words you want, shorten something that is too wordy, or have the same tone throughout the entire project is life-changing. The efficiency is unmatched! I have a few context experts that I would want to change the tone of the context. The timing of this training is perfect! I am currently working with a team that needs to develop the same topics for two different audiences. We can create one project and then use these AI tools to modify the tone and context to the level of the other audience.

Absolutely agree! I realized quickly that I had to be more specific in what I wanted the AI features to generate in order for it to produce something similar to what I had envisioned (especially for more complicated/complex content). I do think the media has come a long way, though—I see less and less errors in the images (like badly drawn hands or overly-stylized pictures) than we used to see a year ago.
