Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
I find the shorten and change tone editing tools to be most valuable. Sometimes when I get content from SMEs or I try to rewrite their content, it can be very long. So, the shorten editing tool is very helpful. Similarly, changing the tone is helpful to make the message professional but light.
What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted?
In the Rise practice, for the eighth lesson, when I try to summarize the content, AI did not summarize the content. Rather, it provided a synopsis of how to summarize. I noticed this in the video as well.
Secondly, Storyline crashed for me in the first practice - text-to-speech. After I created the text-to-speech, then went to preview the slide, Storyline crashed.
Summarizing is tricky! I had the same issue but there is a feature in that window where you can pre-select the topics you want the AI to use as a reference. I found after selecting the blocks I wanted to summarize (and excluded the directions) it worked beautifully!
