Which AI Assistant feature felt most intuitive or useful to you during the practice activities?
As many people have around mentioned the Text-to-Speech Audio is an amazing feature and saves so much time. Also new to me was the Accessibility Checker, which I find very useful as we all strive to ensure our content is accessible for everyone.Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
I love the instant convert option in AI Assistant. As a visual person, I use this feature the most because it helps me quickly see which block will work best. I also really appreciate that it automatically adds the new block below instead of replacing the original one. - MarcoDominguez-Community Member
I have selected this two questions:
- Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
The tools I found most useful are those that allow me to convert blocks to any interaction or style I want, so I can experiment with different interactions and see which one works best for the training purpose, as well as the text editing feature to make it shorter, longer, or change its tone.
- What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted?
Something I found complicated or that I didn't like when generating or editing text is that it always adds extra text. Sometimes I prefer something more direct and simple, but the AI always adds something extra, some additional information, or unnecessary explanation to what was originally my intention.

Overall, I was very impressed!

Text adjustments (1.e. tone and length) will be heavily used.Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
I felt the generating an image prompt was the most valuable from a time saving perspective. Though the need to heavily examine all images exists, I was very pleased with the results. Also, the instant convert is such a valuable resource for learner engagement and knowledge check development. - isabellatylerCommunity Member
What surprised you?
I was surprised by the quality of the images that AI was able to create. I consider myself to be pretty good at realizing when something is AI or not and even I was impressed by what could be generated and how many different styles were available. I don't know if I would ever use this feature in my role, but I could see how it could be really useful for others.
Which editing tools did you find most valuable?
I thought that the text-to-speech tool was an absolute game-changer. Right now, my company is using a TTS tool that we built ourselves and although it gets the job done, the voices still sound pretty robotic. I loved how natural the voices sounded and how I didn't need to import audio from a different source. It will save so much time to be able to do this all in one place.

It's great that it creates four variants at once. It's just a pity that you can't edit the images you've already created later on.

- Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why? I love the ability to do all of the features, rewrite, shorten, make longer, are all editing tools that are essential to creating a course from limited materials. Changing tone has to be my favorite, it doesn't seem like something that was considered in some of the courses I've been editing and it really can refresh a stale topic.
- What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted? So far there seems to be 2 major challenges that really prevent me from utilizing the AI features to the fullest. One would be that you're unable to modify one element in a an AI generated image, the image might be perfect but 1 element needs to be edited and that's not possible. Another (and the hardest to overcome) is that it can't take pre-made content and make it into a course, it always has to edit/modify/add to what you have. This doesn't work for many of our courses since it's content specifically for a line of business. Using the AI course creator seems really helpful but in the 2 times I've used it I've ended up deleting 75% of the course because I needed it to be the EXACT content I provided.

Which AI Assistant feature felt most intuitive or useful to you during the practice activities?
Voice Narration. I love the ability to use high-quality voices to change text or a script into high-quality narrations. Additionally, the creation and editing aspect of this feature is great in contrast to a one-time generation, where you either lose the original context of the content or you have to regenerate the narration all over again from the beginning.
Which editing tools (rewrite, shorten, change tone, etc.) did you find most valuable, and why?
The ability to convert from one block to another instantaneously is a huge time-saver. I often forget about this feature. I like to imagine this as when you're clothes shopping, you can choose a style but are able to see it from one color to another or see your content re-dressed into another form that either feels more engaging or visually enhanced, without having to manually create everything from scratch.

What surprised you about how AI handled text or media generation?
I was surprised by how much my own wording shaped the results. Small changes I made often led to completely different text or images.
What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted?
The biggest challenge for me was the instructions for controlling the entrance animation of the text. The results often felt overdone and not as subtle or balanced as I intended.

Which AI Assistant feature felt most intuitive or useful?
The "instant convert" feature is a game changer for me. It's quick, simple, and significantly reduces rework.
I'm particularly excited to use this feature for individual knowledge check question generation (as opposed to using AI to scan larger batches of information and make multiple questions). This individual route will allow for more control over what's measured.
What challenges did you face?
I ran into an issues while generating a Rise course using source materials. The source article I provided included information for two different job roles: one that I create training for and a second that is covered by a different team. I prompted AI Assistant to not include any references to the second job role/content, but it still did.
Hi Mechanik thanks for sharing the challenge you ran into while generating your AI Course Draft. I have not yet tested a use case where a source document includes multiple topics and you want AI Assistant to focus on just one. I will share this feedback with our product team for consideration!

I selected the following questions:
1. Which AI Assistant feature felt most intuitive or useful to you during the practice activities?
I’m really enjoying the text‑to‑speech feature. It’s been incredibly helpful. The quality of AI voices has improved so much over the past few years, and it makes a big difference for those of us juggling multiple projects with limited time. It’s a fantastic productivity boost.2. What surprised you about how AI handled text or media generation?
It’s great having tools that let you experience content in multiple formats to fine‑tune the overall look and feel. The ability to convert a block so easily has been a game‑changer for me. - DonnaDCommunity Member
Which AI Assistant feature felt most intuitive or useful to you during the practice activities? Text-to-Speech has been great! So many voices and tones and it's so fast. I rarely have to correct pronunciation which is a god-send right there.
What surprised you about how AI handled text or media generation? Whoa - you can add images to columns? I always use the side-by-side and think, gee, I wish they had a vertical option. Happy light bulb moment on a Friday!
I love a good light bulb moment, DonnaD! Thanks for sharing your discovery! 💡
