Week 1 Guided Practice Activity
Welcome to your week one guided practice activity! This is your opportunity to take what you learned from this week's training videos and put it into practice. We're big believers that you learn by doing, not by viewing.
✔️ Your activity this week is simple:
- Click this link to copy the AI Training: Rise & Storyline Practice Activities Rise course to your Rise dashboard.
- Open the course on your Rise 360 Dashboard.
- Click Edit Content to open each lesson, and follow the steps in each lesson. Each one includes a short tutorial video to guide you if you need extra help.
Note: If you’re using only Rise and don’t have access to Storyline, that’s totally fine. The Storyline portion of the activity is optional.
Have questions as you go? Post them as comments in this thread so we can help.

Great lesson! I work mostly in Storyline, but this was a fun introduction to Rise for me along with the AI features. I really like the improvements with the new AI image generator.
Great practice activities! When using the AI image generator in Rise, I noticed that it saves my most recent Custom Style prompt at the bottom of the Style selection dropdown. Just curious, is that saved at the lesson, course or user level?
Bonus shenanigans: I'm also seeing a few display quirks after editing Custom styles in the dropdown (see screenshot).

This has been a great activity! We've only been in Articulate 360 for a few months and I personally haven't dabbled with the AI Assistant. I'm definitely more comfortable now and plan on utilizing it!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it JoshuaLampa!

At the present time, Rise is struggling to populate the AI functions. I get a blank screen when attempting to edit images with AI and it's timing out when trying to instant convert certain objects.

Same thing for me. I have noticed that this sometimes happens, eventually it will work again.
Hi SeanStallings-4 and HeatherCraig-fa! I apologize for that! We were experiencing an AI image generation outage earlier today, but that is now resolved. You should be able to generate AI images again!

Thanks for the videos and practice activities. I got some great ideas from them that I can use in my work. I cannot access AI images. I'm not sure whether it's how my company's account is set up or a technical issue. If this disqualifies me from earning the certification, please let me know.
Hi MikeDailey-2aa7 so sorry you ran into that issue! We were experiencing an AI image generation outage earlier today, but that is now resolved. You should be able to generate AI images again!
