Hi! My name is Lisa Persons. I am an Instructional Designer with Excellus BCBS in Syracuse, NY. I have been with the company for almost 4 years. I am excited to learn more about how the AI Assistant can help me reduce development time on projects. I have 3 children (ages 23, 20 & 14) and 3 dogs. Looking forward to connecting everyone!
