Hello everyone!
I am Sharnice and I am a Training Program Manager at FINRA. Our org works to protect investors and ensure the US can continue to have a vibrant securities market. In my position I work closely with our instructional designers to create training and learning opportunities for our business units.
Through this cohort I am hoping to make sure that my instructional design skills stay align with industry expectations as ISD work is no longer my day-to-day. I am also hoping that this will help me make more informed decisions when working with stakeholders to build the experiences they deserve.
