Welcome & Introductions

Hello everyone! I've had a crazy workload so I'm a little late to the party. My name is Nicole, and I'm a Senior Instructional Designer at Progressive Insurance Co. I've worked for Progressive for almost 20 years in various capacities, the last almost 5 have been as an Instructional Designer. I create learning experiences for our Commercial Lines division.

I live (born and raised) in Cleveland, Ohio and have the laziest coworker, Mila (Chihuahua and Shih Tzu mix). She spends most days sleeping, begging for treats, or following my toddler for snacks. If she's feeling really spicy she's barking at anyone who has the audacity to walk on the sidewalk near our window. 

Articulate is a new authoring tool for our company, so I'm excited to learn what it has to offer.
