East of Eden: The Characters
I just finished reading the novel East of Eden--it has been getting a lot of attention lately due to the new interpretation streaming on Netflix. Having never read it, I wanted to experience the original. I've been on a classics reading binge this year. :)
This little demo is my vision of what the characters could have looked like and the mood created in the novel. The art comes from Journal Joy Box. I liked the examples shared in the introduction to the challenge so I adapted that approach to my demo.

Love the visuals, and your passion for the East of Eden. May have to watch this on Netflix.
