A SWF file is used to present the storyline

Hello,
A few eLearning modules have been sent to me. Flash player is required to run the eLearning courses. After downloading the SWF files, I am unable to run them. I assume they were created using Adobe Flash when it was available.
Adobe Flash was probably used when it was available. Storyline does not allow me to remake all of them. The SWF file could not be incorporated into Storyline.
Could this issue be approached differently? Are there any ideas or suggestions you would like to share?
