I created a Storyline project that should, on the first page, automatically launch an mp4 video file that I uploaded to the timeline. I have the Show Video: In Slide option selected and the Play Video: automatically option selected.
When I click Preview, the video automatically launches. However, when I publish the project to 360 Review and launch the project I get a black screen with a launch button on it.
Please see screen shot attachments. Does anyone know how to fix this?
