Urgent_Video Object not playing_ Storyline 360

Hi,

The slide number 1.8 & 2.8 have video object. How come they are not playing. It is like when I am on 1.7 slide, video do not start and straight 1.9 starts. same with different scene where 2.8 lies.. fine till 2.7 and than 2.9 starts. where am i doing wrong.

    is there something wrong with triggers. It was all working well. I just edited the video in replay and now it is not playing!!

    I cannot see everything that's going on with this slide based on your image. I want to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
