Unable to upload project
Thanks for the reply destery1kenobi.
Yes, I have been trying to test out the zipped folder process to check that I am doing it correctly as this will be my preference going forward, but, even with this simple zip folder that I believe fits all the criteria - it still doesn't allow me to upload.
Were you able to upload the zip into Rise?
Not sure if this is still an issue three days later, but I was able to get it uploaded without incident.
You say Rise isn't allowing you to upload the file but you don't describe what you're seeing that indicates that. Is there an error? Does the upload "fail"? Does the page crash? We'd need context more specific than that the page isn't allowing you.

The message I get is very vague: "We couldn't complete your upload. Please try again."I get this every time I try?
Might be worth opening a ticket then. That errors seems pretty vague so maybe one of the Articulate folks can narrow it down more. Are you on a company computer? Maybe there are permissions around what you can and can't upload?
