Page turner

For this comic book challenge, I focused on creating an immersive page-turning effect that mimics the tactile experience of reading a physical comic. This has transition to replicate the subtle curl, shadow, and motion of a real page being turned. The goal was to move beyond static digital panels and instead evoke the sensory rhythm of flipping through an actual printed issue—enhancing realism, engagement, and the nostalgic charm that defines traditional comic book storytelling. • This is brilliant! I've been trying to do something similar for a little while, with little success. The realistic page turn is very slick!

    Hi larryvanwave-ff !
This looks great, is there any chance you could share the storyline file? This would be a great help to those like me with no knowledge of javascript! I have a similar project where I need to display a few pages in a booklet with flippable pages.
    Thank you!

      Hi Donald,

Here is a link to a tutorial on how to build a flip book, and I just added a web object to my storyline file.
