Empathy in Customer Service
Here's my attempt at the challenge. I really enjoyed experimenting with the custom block feature. I do wish there were even more interactivity options to play with, but overall, I had a lot of fun putting this together.

Great work. I went through your module on a Surface Pro screen while working remotely. I found dropping the cards onto the categories quite difficult as the card was larger than the drop zone and I kept getting my answer incorrect because the card wouldn't drop. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed working through the module.
