Unfortunately, there's not an easy way to do this right now because you have to select one (and only one) results slide to send to the LMS. To make this work, you'll need to create a cumulative results that includes all the questions in both possible paths. For the passing score, you'll need to choose something that takes into account the fact that the learner will not take all the questions. So for example, if the learner needs to get 80% of the questions right to pass, you'll have to set the passing score to 40%, since they will only see half of the questions.
