32bit vs 64bit trigger functions
I am having an issue with object triggers being applied to different images in this tabbed interaction. I want to jump to a specific slide but when I try to apply the trigger to another image it duplicates the first one. I tested this in the 32-bit version and it does not do this.

Sorry for the trouble with the trigger. I'm happy to help. I appreciate you sharing the Storyline project and the video!
After testing your project both in 64-bit and 32-bit Storyline, I found that what you see is expected behavior. The lone trigger is associated with the "Vision statement" image so that when you click on that trigger, that image gets focus. I also prepared a 2-minute Peek 360 video with additional details if you have time.
