360º markers/label
Hi! I’m developing some screens with 360º images in Storyline.
I’d like to ask if there is any way to use custom icons (other than the ones from the library) in the markers, and if it’s possible to change the size (width) of the label. The default width causes scrolling when there is a lot of text, which is not what we want.
Thank you!

Great question, hcanhapu!
At this time, you can’t upload custom icons to the built-in 360° marker library. It’s limited to the preset options.
As a workaround, you can place your own image or shape on top of the 360° scene and add triggers to show a layer, jump to a slide, or open a lightbox. This gives you full control over design and states.
For label width, the built-in marker panel can’t be resized. If the text is long, it will scroll.
The best option is to use a custom slide layer instead. You can control the width, design the layout the way you want, and avoid scrolling altogether.
If you need more flexibility, custom markers plus layers are the way to go.
