360 Image Issue
I cannot get my 360 images into my Storyline project. The message I get says the image "did not import successfully". I have tried multiple images in multiple file formats, but they will not work ...
I was wondering if this issue got resolved or not. Our past projects (about 2 years ago) worked fine, but now we use the same 360 images and we get the same error as Ben got. Please let us know if there's a way around this or not. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading 360-degree images to Storyline!
If you've confirmed you are working with locally-stored files, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't improve the issue, do you mind sharing one of the image files that's giving you trouble? Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
We'll delete it from our system as soon as we've finished testing!
