Access to content for new team member
We just added a new user to our Articulate account. How do I give her access to all of my courses?
Also wondering a similar thing - but the key part of my question is 'ALL' my courses... we have a hundred or so at the moment and doing this 'add as a collaborator' to each course certainly isn't fun - or extensible if we bring on more people/rise licences in the future when course numbers have grown further... Any bulk ways of doing this...?
Hi Glen! Currently, there's no way to add collaborators to several courses at once. We're investigating how we can enhance the team experience with Rise 360 courses, including collaborating even more easily. I'll tag this discussion so we can keep you posted on any updates!
