Accessibility issue in Rise and Storyline courses

Dear Articulate Team,

Could you guide us to fix the accessibility issue in Rise and Storyline courses every time we move the chapters or pages. This happened when we deployed the course in our SuccessFactor LMS and test with latest version of JAWS Screen reader. 

Let us know how this can be fixed at the course level and LMS level.
