Accessibilty Tab order not working

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering issues with Accessibility. Good call on reaching out to our Support team! You're in good hands with Renato. I see that he's requesting a copy of your project file to gather clues about the problem. I've also alerted him regarding your follow-up here today, and you can continue the discussion from there.
One last thing, when you reply via email, your signature may appear with your post. The good news is you can click Edit below your post and remove your email signature!

Thank you for the reply. I have edited my post and submitted a support tick supplying both a Storyline file with the issue and another that I have been able to resolve the issue by copying a single slide to a new Storyline document.
