Adaptive Branching Help
Hi
I think what I have created might be adaptive branching and looking for help on how I can set the course to complete for two elements of it. My example is:
I have a core scene which everyone completes and then each user selects their location for information specific to that area, ie England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. I would then create a quiz for each location.
Is it possible to set the course to complete with only the core and one location completed/quiz completed, ie I live in Scotland so only need to complete Core, Scotland location and corresponding quiz?
Alternatively, is my easier path to create 4 separate e-learning courses for Core and learning location/quiz!?
Hope that makes sense to someone!

You can have one course that requires someone to complete the shared content and the content/quiz associated with their area.
When there are multiple Results slides in a course, you can indicate that all of them are final assessments. Then Storyline will submit whichever one is completed first. Since your users will only take the quiz for their area, that score will be used for tracking completion.
Notes:
- Another option for this type of branching if you don't have quizzes is to use Completion triggers.
- If you use the built-in Menu, the same items will show no matter what area the user branches to. So you might want to keep it hidden.

Hi Dorothy,
Assuming you just need this as a completion status for your course, you could just add a trigger on the final slide of each branch of "Complete course - Completed/Passed - When timeline starts on this slide".

Thank you both, that's great to hear!
