Adding alt-text to logo in Rise Theme

Just came across this thread, as a client recently pointed out that their logo was lacking alt text on the Home Screen of a Rise course. Looks like Rise still does not allow alt text to be added to the logo image uploaded in the Theme settings. Any plans to add this feature? I am required to use alt text on non-decorative images, which means I can't use a logo image on the Home Screen in Rise.
A separate issue is that it seems the Rise Theme settings allow only one logo image to be uploaded. Most courses I build are joint ventures involving multiple organizations, so it would be great if we could add multiple logos.
