Hello, when I attempt to add any media to my storyline file by dragging it from my desktop to the slide it automatically gives me the " no" circle with line through it. It only lets me add media thro...
I get the no sign as soon as I touch the interface but changes to a plus when I am on the stage. You may need to raise a support case.
