You can always create a trigger to do something like next slide when user presses a key.
A few considerations:
- Using the arrow key possibly has implications for people who use screen readers, modifying them for custom navigation may cause some issues.
- There are navigational conventions such as the prev/next buttons on the player. Most people would expect those to move to a new screen and not jump to a point in the video.
- I'd probably leave the default behaviors and create custom navigation foe the video.
