Adding Music / Sound to Rise
You can add audio to your rise Courses.
- Extract the course to a folder;
- Open the scormcontent folder;
- Put your audio file inside this folder (I named mine as audio.mp3);
- Inside this folder there is a index.html - Edit with notepad or any html editor;
- Put the following line of code inside the <head> tag
<audio src="audio.mp3" controls=true autoplay=true loop=true></audio>
Save and test it.
NOTE: A player is displayed in the top left corner of the course. Now you have control in the audio (play, pause, volume).
Let me know if you need any assistance.
I realize this is old but I tried doing this, while it worked in the html folder, once I re-zipped and tried to upload to my LMS I was given an error that my scorm wasnt formatted correctly. Any tips?

Wow, do NOT follow Nuno's directions, that is a good way to break your lesson! I'll put together a how-to if background music is desired.

That would be very helpful. I dont actually want background music I just want audio narration, but the solution Nuno gave functioned exactly how I wanted it to in browser, it just broke the scorm compatibility so it wont upload to my LMS.

Gotcha, but the audio narration would just play in the background, it wouldn't scroll the user down to certain sections or highlight elements on the page, is that what you're going for?
In Nuno's example, he suggests putting the audio player in the <head> which I'm surprised doesn't break the entire page. It should go inside the <body> tag, so the scrom service you're using must be catching this error.
